Packages are coming

Ok after a long list on things my husband said to send him I'm up to box #3. I feel so bad because this is the first time I'm sending anything to him. It's just so hard to try and figure out how to drag two kids and packages into a post office that doesn't have a parking lot so sometimes you have to park down the street. I feel as if I'm starting to get the hang of my husband being gone I don't know if that's a good thing or not. It's strange because now that he has been gone for awhile people around this small town are starting to ask if I'm married. God only knows what they are thinking with me dragging around three kids all the time by myself. Of course I tell them I'm married and my husband is currently deployed. I just recently heard that the unit here in Culpeper VA is being deployed. I heard from my husband yesterday. Everything is going good with him. It so weird how you start to get use to the way things are. I have people that say I don't know how you can do it. I just think to myself you just do. You go on and not think about it. So what if the house isn't perfect or the dishes aren't done. You just do what you got to do to get by. Well as I'm typing here my husband's 1SG just called to check in. She asked how things were going and said if we need anything to give them a call. How do you tell them I need my husband back can you make that happen. We are still unsure as to how long he will be there. Only time will tell. Time to wrap this up. Until next time.

THANK YOU

Thank you to everyone who emailed me or left comments. Over the next few days I plan on writing each one of you. It is the least I can do.

Very Busy

I know I know. It's been awhile since I wrote. I've been really busy with yard work, house work and kids. This weekend was great Alex had her soccer game on Sat. She did well. On Sunday we went to kings Dominion with some friends from the neighborhood. We stayed a little longer than expected we were having fun. On Monday Alex had a field trip to a farm. My youngest Taylor has been sick since yesterday. She threw up about three times. She really hasn't wanted to eat today. Will see what happens. I got a scare today from Alex's school. They called and asked why Alex wasn't in school today I said I put her on the bus she should be there. They told me to hold on. I was on hold for about 10 mins so of course my mind starts coming up with things, as I'm on the verge of tears saying to myself she's there you put her on the bus you saw her get on the bus. They come back on the phone and said it was the other Alex in her class that was absent today they got the names mixed up. What a relief there. It's going to be pretty hot her today almost in the 90's. I'm trying to keep from turning the AC on, but with Taylor being sick I'm going to have to. I've heard from my husband he's doing good. Just tired and working hard. I'm still waiting for his reenlistment bonus so I can get our fence built. The kids need one bad and so do the dogs. This is the Army however hurry up and wait. I'm Alex 's birthday party in coming up soon so I'm busy trying to get that planned out. She is going to have a moon bounce that will be fun. Well Taylor is tired I better get her down for a nap.
